- Kindly attach all required documents before submitting the form.
- Incomplete application/submission will be automatically disqualified from the screening process.

Please note that applying to the YES program does not automatically guarantee you a spot in the YES program. Your application will be reviewed by the AFS Selection Committee to determine your eligibility to participate in the program.
Should any information disclosed be found not to be true, your application will be disqualified.
